Ros was thorough and gave excellent, timely updates about the progress of each transaction. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that there was no locum cover when Ros was away on holiday. This would have been most helpful. Ros ensured that all the outstanding actions that occurred when she was away were dealt with as a priority on her return. However, this would have been less stressful if some issues had been dealt with in her absence. I would recommend Lennons and will use them again, when the opportunity arises.

My point of contact was Pauline Barber who took my initial information.
