We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Solicitor / Solicitor seeking career progression to join our busy and successful Corporate Commercial team.

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years’ PQE who are experienced in handling multifaceted and complex transactions and must be adaptable with strong communication and negotiating skills. 

They will have experience of dealing with:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate transactional work
• Directors’ and Shareholders’ rights
• Corporate finance
• Joint ventures

The successful candidate will be willing to dedicate a large proportion of their time to business development and to assist in further growing the department. There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will already live locally or be willing to relocate to be near to our offices in Chesham, Amersham and Beaconsfield.
