Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to join Jackie Stay and her highly successful Conveyancing team.
This position would suit a newly qualified – 2 years+ PQE lawyer and comes with a competitive salary.
Candidates will be prepared to run their own caseload as well as supporting the Head of Department. Therefore, a flexible and can-do attitude is essential.
Skills, knowledge and experience and required:
- Experience of dealing with multifaceted and various conveyancing transactions
- Experience of handling high volume of transactions at any one time
- Experience of attending clients
- Experience of liaising with third parties, particularly estate agents
- Experience of producing completion statements and drawing up bills
- Experience of working under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.
