Residential Conveyancing Post Completion Clerk / Legal Assistant
We are currently seeking a Post Completion Clerk / Legal Assistant, to join our Residential Conveyancing team based in Amersham .
This position would suit an experienced, bright individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position, although consideration will be given to individuals who can demonstrate the relevant skills but seeking a part time position to fit around personal circumstances.
The successful candidate will be willing to travel to our other offices in Chesham and Beaconsfield if required.
The role:
- Knowledge of Residential Conveyancing transactions
- Carrying out registrations on Land Registry portal
- Submitting SDLT tax returns and making relevant payments
- Checking ledger balances
- Working with the team and coordinating follow-up queries
- Communicating with third parties
- Communication with clients
- Dealing with post / DX
- Greeting clients and dealing with enquiries
- Managing own workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
