Senior Legal Assistant (Central Administration Team)
Lennons Solicitors is seeking a Senior Legal Assistant / Secretary to join our central administration team at our Head Office in Chesham. This is a centralised role is to work across various departments to take the lead on all aspects of administrative file management.
This role would suit an individual with a strong work ethic, organisation skills, and excellent communication skills to liaise with support staff, clients, lawyers, Heads of Department and Senior Management.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in Family, Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment, and / or Private Client matters (highly desirable)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Property transactions, in particular dealing with Land Registry requisitions and post completion matters
- Experience of dealing with new enquiries and onboarding of clients
- Experience of carrying out AML checks
- Experience of supervising members of staff (highly desirable)
- IT skills – use of LEAP case management software (highly desirable), and MS Office
You will already live locally or be willing to relocate to be near to our offices in Chesham, Amersham and Tring.
