Professional Negligence
When you instruct a professional – say a solicitor, barrister, surveyor, estate agent, vet or accountant – you expect them to act appropriately for you – and so does the law. But things sometimes go wrong. That’s life. It doesn’t automatically follow that you have grounds for a claim. But if the professional has failed you, then they may have been negligent. If you think that you’ve suffered damage or losses through incorrect advice, please give us a call. Or if a professional has acted in a way that seems inappropriate – including not taking steps quickly enough on your behalf – then you might have a claim.
We’ll always be prepared to review your case, and give you an initial assessment without charge. As long as we think you have a good enough case, we’ll often agree to act on a no win no fee basis, or for a fixed fee.
We will be there through every step of the way, as we know that bringing a claim can be stressful, especially if it is against a professional who you trusted.
