Updated Public Statement – Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Updated 11th November 2020
Although our three offices in Chesham, Amersham and Beaconsfield remain open, we discourage in-person appointments during the second lockdown.
Any in-person meetings will strictly happen by appointment only. If clients have documents to deliver to our lawyers, these should be placed in a clearly named envelope and put through the letterbox.
The health of Lennons’ employees, clients, and the community is our primary concern.
Please be aware that we continue to serve clients as we always have; in plain English and with exceptional customer service.
We can be contacted on the usual office telephone number and calls can be transferred to each of our lawyers, wherever they are working from.
We will still be holding meetings and these can be conducted via video conferencing software such as 3CX, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and FaceTime.
Whilst we continue to serve our clients during this time, we cannot provide any assurances of uninterrupted services caused by the involvement of third parties such as banks, the court and law firms acting for other parties in matters.
We will continue to closely monitor the developments of the virus and will continually update our statement as it develops.
