Stefania speaks to students at Dr Challoner’s
Stefania Fulford shares her experiences with the next generation of lawyers
On 17 October 2013, our 1 year qualified solicitor in the dispute resolution and employment departments, Stefania Fulford, was the guest speaker at the Dr Challoner’s High School Law Society meeting. The audience included both GCSE and A-Level students eager to obtain an insight into the legal profession.
A past student of Dr Challoner’s herself, Stefania was happy to speak to the students about her legal career. Topics included the different routes available into the profession, the challenges law students face today in finding that elusive training contract or pupillage, and also general discussions on what a solicitor does on a day to day basis.
Stefania’s top tip for any students considering a career in law was to get as much work experience as possible.
