Debt Recovery

No matter how much you’re owed by a bad debtor, we can help. We’re extremely flexible, so we can act for modest fixed fees or under a no win no fee agreement. We can also work for a contingency fee, where we take an agreed percentage of the amount we recover for you.

We can also act as an outsourced credit control department for businesses – or provide template documents that you can use in the first instance. If necessary, we will commence legal proceedings against the debtor, which could include litigation, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, depending on the circumstances.

We also act for individuals, as well as for debtors who are being pursued for a debt. Because of our experience of working with both debtors and creditors, our advice will be realistic, frank and honest.
