Lennons Solicitors is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its management team to directors – Teresa Fawcett-Mitchell and Jo Hamill.

Practice Director, Teresa, joined Lennons in 2018 when it became clear that, for the company’s growth to progress in line with management expectations, the business needed a person dedicated to dealing with HR and operations rather than being a secondary role for the existing directors.

Teresa has proven herself invaluable in developing the management side of the business over the last five years, with the company growing by 65%. In that time, she has been heavily involved in transforming the HR, operations and facilities functions.

Director of Finance, Jo, joined Lennons in 2019, initially providing support during a period of team absence. When her predecessor’s retirement was announced, there was no doubt who the replacement should be.

Jo has helped to modernise the financial processes in the four years since joining Lennons and was instrumental in ensuring that the company could tackle the initial impact of the Coronavirus lockdowns in 2020.

Teresa and Jo will continue to be assets in the years to come, allowing Lennons to provide its clients with the high-quality legal services they expect and deserve while enabling the company to achieve its goals for growth.
